Position: Office Coordinator Location: 3250 North Post Road Suite 265 Indianapolis, IN 46226 Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional assistance via phone, email, and live chat. Address inquiries regarding our products, services, and order status with professionalism and empathy. Guide customers through the selection and customization process, offering personalized recommendations based on their needs. Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively, striving to exceed expectations in every interaction. Collaborate closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, utilizing our CRM system to track and follow up on inquiries. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering solutions-oriented service. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required. A passion for home organization and a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
