The Office Coordinator-Communications, Marketing and Philanthropy provides general administrative support to the department. This position plays a critical role in helping team members meet their engagement and fundraising goals by supporting relationship-building with donors, volunteers, and prospects to secure financial contributions for Children's Mercy. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, assisting with project execution, and providing direct administrative support such as calendar management, preparing materials for meetings, and handling routine correspondence.
