About The Position

Responsible for supporting marketing and communications special projects and initiatives. Serves as a centralized point of coordination for project intake, workflow management, and production timelines, helping to streamline processes, improve internal client service, and increase the timeliness and quality of deliverables.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or related experience accepted in lieu of degree
  • Three years related experience
  • Knowledge of: Office management and administration
  • Microsoft Office Professional or similar applications
  • Skilled in: Delivering a high level of customer service
  • Attention to detail while maintaining effective time and task management
  • Problem and situation analysis
  • Project management
  • Ability to: Organize and prioritize multiple, competing priorities to maximize personal and team effectiveness
  • Effectively communicate verbally and in writing on a regular basis with internal and external customers, build relationships, manage customer expectations and take responsibility for a high level of service
  • Interact in a positive manner with diverse populations and varying education levels
  • Regular physical attendance required

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the intake system for marketing and communications project requests, including reviewing submissions, setting priorities, and providing regular updates to internal clients and leadership on project status.
  • Monitors various projects to ensure maximum effectiveness and compliance.
  • Updates project plans using project management platforms, tracks campaign assets, and monitors deliverables across multiple concurrent requests.
  • Coordinates, plans, establishes, and organizes systems and processes to ensure the appropriate documentation and record-keeping procedures are in accordance with state regulations, college policies, and other applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Supports and coordinates scheduling, meeting logistics, billing, and procurement approvals related to communications initiatives.
  • Organizes and assigns projects to team members, meets with clients to determine needs and best approaches.
  • Collaborates among departments, functions or groups, within and outside the College.
  • Communicates information through various methods to appropriate personnel and others.
  • Compiles data and reports including archive searches, billing summaries, campaign performance and provides analytics to leadership.
  • Establishes and maintains excellent working relationships with individuals at all levels within the college and the community.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
