About The Position

The Office Clerk is responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties in the Human Resources and Warehouse Departments.  The duties include, but not limited to, tracking the time and attendance, productivity, and drafting warnings.

Requirements

  • High School diploma is required.
  • 1 to 3 years admin experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Outlook and Excel.
  • Efficient, organized, flexible and dependable.
  • Bilingual English Spanish required.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and track employee attendance:
  • Utilize ADP daily for documenting attendance.
  • Utilize Novatime to ensure employee punches are correct.
  • Run weekly reports to track attendance.
  • Draft warnings as necessary
  • Assist new hires with on boarding; coordinate new hire orientation and all training paperwork.
  • Weekly data entry: running reports, compiling and entering data.
  • Track employee production and draft warnings as necessary; ensure all warnings are signed and returned timely.  Escalate any issues to management when necessary.
  • Identify reoccurring issues and collaborate with the HR team to resolve.
  • Be point of contact for warehouse employees.
