About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This position requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office documents and files to ensure easy accessibility and proper record keeping
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating calendars for staff members
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain updated databases and spreadsheets
  • Support preparation of reports, presentations, and other office communications as required
