About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The Office Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities by providing administrative and clerical support to various departments. This position requires someone who is proactive, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Manage and organize filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
