Delivers essential office and administrative support to the Office of Aging and Disability Services (OADS), specifically within the Long-Term Support Services Unit. Complete accurate and timely classification data entry of Medicaid eligibility for individuals receiving Long Term Care (LTC) under MaineCare. Answer routine telephone calls for OADS and quickly route callers to correct resources. Create spreadsheets and perform data entry and management. Organize, record, and maintain computerized and manual files. Operate technical office materials and equipment according to set procedures. Perform multiple office support functions related to business and other OADS operational needs. Comply with confidentiality requirements and other security protocols. Provide excellent customer service.
