About The Position

Gundersen Health System is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our inpatient rehab and general medicine department. In this essential role, you will help ensure smooth operations by ordering supplies, maintaining conference room calendars, and coordinating food for various events. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for supporting medical education, we encourage you to apply and become a vital part of our team! Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • No experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Clerical or office work experience is a plus!
  • Good phone skills and scheduling experience is a plus!
