They offer a knowledgeable and bilingual sales staff to make the process of purchasing a new Mazda or pre-owned vehicle hassle-free, with a full lineup of Mazda models. They also provide maintenance and repair work in their service center with Mazda certified technicians.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
  • Proven experience in an office setting or administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Manage OEM Factory Invoices
  • Handle trade vehicle payoffs, ensuring titles are obtained
  • Handling wholesale titles, ensuring they are remitted to vendors within required timeframes
  • Manage used inventory; stocking in and obtaining titles
  • Ensuring all deal documents are scanned and legible in digital document storage system
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our database
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory management
  • Title Clerk backup
  • Assist department manager with various projects and tasks as needed
  • Support administrative tasks for various departments as needed
