About The Position

The HRTM Office Assistant will report to the Director of HRTM Operations. They will be responsible for greeting and triaging current and prospective employees that visit the main office. This position is a great opportunity for someone majoring or interested is Management, Human Resources and/or Business Operations! Working in HRTM will provide continuous learning opportunities and strong job satisfaction by helping others. You will also gain problem-solving skills and networking opportunities - all while making a meaningful impact on employee well-being and company culture!

Responsibilities

  • Routing inquiries to the appropriate HRTM staff member
  • Organizing and auditing employee files, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentially
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages
  • Delivering mail to other on campus departments
  • Assisting in the preparation of various on campus events (such as preparing handouts, creating flyers, putting together giveaways etc.)
  • other duties as assigned
