The Office Assistant performs all front office duties including greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, record medical charts and correspondence. The goal of the Office Assistant is to ensure the office has efficient and effective flow of patients, information and communication and to make a positive and lasting impression on our patients! Who We Are Looking For: A positive, upbeat receptionist who loves working with kids, teens, and young adults. Someone who can offer great customer service and care, for all our patients. Requirements
- High School Diploma or its equivalent (GED).
- Two or more years of experience in the dental profession is preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Knowledge of Eaglesoft a plus.
