Under the supervision of the VP of HR or designee, the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department, the mailroom and other departments as needed. Duties include answering phones; creating, editing and/or typing documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and copying, collating, filing, and shredding of materials, as well as working on special projects as needed.
