Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and document preparation
  • Handle general office duties such as mail, scanning, copying, scheduling, and coordination
  • Learn and take on additional administrative tasks to support daily operations
  • Assist other departments as business needs arise
