KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Receive, sort, code, and send vendor invoices for payment. Receive and input the initial information into the appropriate data systems for new chassis’ or vehicles received directly from customers. Input vehicle/chassis/module information into Fleet Plus data system. Create and disseminate initial remount paperwork for Lead Remount Technicians associated with the remount scope of work. Works with Vice President and Office Manager to coordinate the receiving of chassis titles of dismounted chassis, create Bill of Sales and coordinate the removal/disposal of retired chassis. Assist Office Manager in researching and accumulating data for budgetary purposes and reports as needed. Coordinate and order office supplies, uniform purchasing, etc. Other office duties as assigned. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Experience Experience with creating spreadsheets, scheduling (vendors, transports, parts deliveries, etc.) and data entry Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the ability to learn internal systems Experience in an office environment Education and Certifications High school diploma, or equivalent, or a minimum of two (2) years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience Valid class “C” driver license Competencies Ability to accumulate and sort data for reporting needs Ability to schedule/coordinate logistical needs with vendors and customers Ability to manage company data systems, correspond effectively with all management, departments, vendors, and customers Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to data detail and accuracy Dedicated, responsible individual with the highest level of judgment and integrity Positive, results oriented personality, effective communicator and team player WORKING ENVIRONMENT Works indoors with occasional exposure to electrical, radiant or energy hazards; fumes, odors, temperature changes. Exposure to noise, mechanical equipment and electrical equipment. Occasional extended day. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Occasionally: Kneeling, stooping, bending, leaning: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Frequently: Sitting, standing, data entry dexterity, hearing/listening, clear speech, reaching, touching. · Must be able to perform the essential duties of position with or without reasonable accommodations.
