Contract to hire role - hybrid - Monday, Wednesday and Friday Remote, Tuesday and Thursday on-site 9am to 5pm Regular Schedule Responsibilities: - Support office general tasks such as scanning, labeling, uploading documents, setting appointments, faxing, maintaining client records - Manage internal communication - Support onboarding of new employees - Assist with shipping/receiving - Keep inventory of office supplies and order/stock items - Manage booking flights, hotels, and other travel needs for executives - Help manage marketing materials inventory - Scheduling 3rd party maintenance vendors - Coordinating office events - Complying and submitting expense reports for the executive team - Manage Employee Directory - Maintain Operations calendar - Manage card reader queue and programming/shipping - Send Finance related emails - Light cleaning of office as necessary - Any other items as needed by the COO and/or CEO Additional Skills & Qualifications MUST HAVE: - at least 2 to 3 years of office assistant, office manager or admin assistant experience is required - detail oriented - great written and verbal communication skills - ability to help when and wherever needed - professional and presentable. will be face of the company - reliable - will be the only administrative person in the office - good MS office skills.
