Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills with working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Answering multiple phone lines and directing calls
  • Greeting and assisting customers
  • Receiving, distributing, and replying to emails as needed
  • Using typical office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and fax machines
  • The Office Assistant may be assigned additional tasks in support of the department's goals.
