About The Position

Office Assistant – MARITIME CHEVROLET Maritime Chevrolet is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone organized, motivated, and eager to learn multiple areas of dealership accounting and administration. Schedule & Pay: $18/hour Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM No weekends

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Positive attitude and team-player mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Dealership experience is a plus
  • CDK experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Organize, review, and scan service repair orders and parts invoices
  • Process daily deposits (Service, Parts, Sales, and CAP)
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Provide backup support for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Assist the Office Manager and Controller as needed
  • Train to support and back up all office positions when required
