As the Office Assistant you will assist leadership with routine clerical/office and computer related tasks to include but not limited to filing, scheduling, and data entry, including processing workflow tasks as assigned. Primary Responsibilities Assists with routine clerical/office tasks, answers telephone calls, and delivers messages Pulls, reviews, and follows up on reports of orders recert and unverified visits Maintains an up-to-date medical record by scanning documents timely and completing EOE audits as appropriate Completes discharge chart reviews, performs audits, processes orders to/from physicians, and tracks for timely receipt Communicates professionally within the organization and with external sources (physicians, patients, family members, referral sources, etc.) You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Requirements

  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
  • Computer skills, clerical-business machine skills, telephone communication skills, and be able to type
  • General clerical skills and organizational skills
