Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Manage filing systems and maintain organized records for efficient information retrieval.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for school staff.
  • Prepare and distribute communications, including newsletters and announcements.
  • Coordinate logistics for school events and meetings, ensuring all materials are ready and available.
  • Handle inquiries from parents, students, and staff, providing assistance or directing them to the appropriate resources.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure functionality.
  • Collect and process various documents and forms, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
