The Office Assistant provides administrative support to management staff, including weekly printing and mailing of annual packets and notices, waitlist opening tracking, coordination of interviews, and greeting new hires. This role is responsible for managing all incoming program-related correspondence and supporting office operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a professional office environment performing customer service and administrative functions preferred
  • Experience in subsidized housing with demonstrated ability to resolve resident issues preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process all incoming correspondence related to program operations
  • Submit information for monthly reports to managers as needed
  • Order authorized office supplies and maintain authorized postage meter levels
  • Track monthly expenditures for billable items charged to other Quadel offices
  • Distribute faxes, correspondence, and packages in a timely manner
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and reports
  • Support timekeeping functions as needed
  • Assist with planning and coordination of owner/agent annual seminars
  • Provide administrative support to all management staff
  • Perform other duties as assigned
