What Your Day May Look Like Performs a variety of administrative functions pertaining to filing and organization for the HR department. Partner with managers to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns. Maintain and update employee records to ensure compliance and accuracy. Prepare reports and track HR processes across multiple software platforms. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality. High school diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Must have reliable means of communication and transportation. Thorough understanding of standard office procedures and practices. Ability to be an effective team member and handle projects responsibly. Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills. Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, Oracle, etc. preferred. Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner. Prior customer service experience in fast-paced environment a plus. All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
