WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Acts as the overall office assistant and facilities coordinator. Duties include scheduling office resources, facilitating mail/shipments, maintaining office supplies, performing purchasing (P-CARD), organizational and clerical support, scheduling, writing copy, word processing, receiving/greeting guests, and handling other general administrative duties. Organizes and maintains common areas. Performs general office clerk duties and errands. Organizes travel and coordinates office events, as necessary. Reviews current processes and identifies improvement opportunities. Completes personnel onboarding tasks such as electronic I-9 Employment Verifications, Personnel Action Notices, onboarding briefings, and monitors/tracks personnel onboarding to completion. Assists in creating and updating standard operating procedures for the office and programs. Monitors compliance with corporate requirements. Maintains organizational charts. Participates in special projects as required.
