The Office Assistant / Behavioral Health Technician is a dual-role position supporting both administrative and direct care functions. As the Office Assistant, you will act as the primary point of contact for assigned programs, ensuring operations function effectively while serving as a liaison and resource to internal and external business partners. As a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), you will provide one-to-one services to children and adolescents ages 2–21 who are experiencing serious emotional and/or behavioral disturbances. With guidance from the Behavioral Consultant, you will support the implementation of treatment plans designed to improve independent, age-appropriate functioning and reduce the need for higher levels of intervention. This role requires travel to schools, homes, and community settings. Clinic hours are approximately: Tuesday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Friday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Behavioral Health Technician responsibilities require approximately 13–20 hours per week in schools, homes, or community settings.
