The Office Assistant/Clerk will act as a primary facilitator for systems and operational paperwork. Working in conjunction with shop team members, this role will coordinate document maintenance, capture, and completion. The key daily activities that this will surround will be Project Management/Materials List, and Quality Control Documentation maintenance; elements will be added and removed as needed due to business needs. This role will be expected to work 40 hours per week, with a potential for overtime when business needs dictate. L&L Fabrication is an ASME Code vessel shop Holding U and R stamps. We offer ASME-coded work built to spec, along with repairs and maintenance on used pressure-rated equipment.
