About The Position

At Keystone Chevrolet, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with our customers. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support our dealership’s daily operations. As an Office Clerk, you will play a key role in keeping our dealership running smoothly by handling a variety of administrative tasks, including:

Requirements

  • Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred (dealership experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and filing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and directing calls in a professional manner
  • Greeting customers and providing excellent front-office support
  • Processing paperwork related to vehicle sales, service, and financing
  • Maintaining accurate records, filing, and data entry
  • Assisting with scheduling, reports, and office supply management
  • Supporting management and other departments with administrative needs
