About The Position

FB Titan is seeking experienced Office Administrator (Full time, Permanent) well versed in the construction industry to support the team with daily operations in our Albuquerque office. The Office Administrator will serve as the face of our onsite operations. In this central role, you will manage daily administrative functions and act as the primary point of contact for all inquiries. The ideal candidate brings a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational mastery, and a relentless focus on operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • High School GED or Diploma
  • Minimum one (1) year experience as an Office Administrator in construction or similar industry, is required
  • Strong computer skills and experience having worked with multiple platforms including MS Office, Excel, MS Project
  • Ability to identify problems/issues and generate solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management, employees and clients
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and/or independently in a fast-paced environment leveraging excellence in time management

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations, including office upkeep, handling mail and deliveries, and liaising with property management as required
  • Facilitate employee onboarding processes, including key card issuance, workstation setup, and allocation of necessary supplies
  • Schedule and prepare meeting rooms, maintaining the meeting room calendar
  • Utilize and manage virtual office tools and platforms (Outlook, SharePoint, MS Teams)
  • Provide administrative support to corporate departments, as assigned
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure smooth functioning of office equipment
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Comply with internal policies and procedures
  • Perform other tasks related to this function as assigned
  • Assist with other tasks and functions assigned to this role as required
