REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. REAL ALLOY - Office Administrator Our Wabash Indiana facility is looking for an experienced Office Administrator with excellent customer service skills and is proficient with Excel. This is a high-energy role for an organized, detail oriented, and driven individual. Coordinating, processing data, documenting, calculating, reconciling, balancing, generating reports, and communication are all daily and monthly responsibilities for this role. Requirements

  • High School degree required. Associates degree preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, and multi-task.
  • Must be able to influence and work with all levels of employees.
  • Very strong mathematical and analytical skills required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Detail oriented paying close attention to accuracy ensuring that the settlement process is completed correctly.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, ethical and challenge driven.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
