19six is currently seeking a highly motivated Office Administrator to join our team in our Santa Cruz, CA office. As an Office Administrator (OA), you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, providing direct administrative support to the Principal and other professional team members in the office, and to the Finance department. The OA must be adept at producing high-quality documents under tight deadlines, and should be able to communicate in an articulate manner, handle confidential information with discretion and diplomacy, and be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. The OA may also help support the team with construction administration and/or marketing related materials and tasks as requested.
