About The Position

SUMMARY: The Office Administrator will support daily office operations through a combination of administrative tasks, customer service, and medical billing assistance. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and comfort with technology in a fast-paced environment. This role is performed fully on-site and requires consistent in-person attendance during scheduled hours.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience required
  • Ability to work independently, organize tasks, and meet established deadlines.
  • Must have medical billing experience
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills (comfortable, not advanced IT)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with staff and clients.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Reports to work on time for all scheduled shifts and completes entire shift.
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Understands and adheres to HIPPA regulations and requirements at all times.
  • Assist with medical billing tasks such as verifying information, claim submission support, and follow-ups
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide professional customer service
  • Maintain accurate and organized records with a high level of attention to detail
  • Troubleshoot basic computer or system issues and assist staff as needed
  • Follows established safety standards and procedures and complies with legal regulations
  • Participate in assigned project work.
  • Support overall office operations and assist team members as needed
