About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in our Downtown Minneapolis, MN sales office. This key role will provide administrative support to the sales manager and sales associates. Will handle data entry of real estate listings and sales, perform office operation duties, interpret and enforce company policy and provide customer service. Oversees front office coverage to include answering phones, greeting clients, event planning, filing, and tracking expenses. This is a critical position in our office and requires strong administrative, project and time management skills as well as a desire to sustain a positive and productive environment in our busy office. The hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm. This is an in-office position with travel to company meetings and events as needed. Free onsite parking included. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
  • Three to five plus years of related experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of real estate, title and /or mortgage business strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Canva and social media skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and leadership abilities. A strong customer-service focus.
  • Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; initiative, attention to detail, and a team player.
  • Project management skills: ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.
