We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in our Downtown Minneapolis, MN sales office. This key role will provide administrative support to the sales manager and sales associates. Will handle data entry of real estate listings and sales, perform office operation duties, interpret and enforce company policy and provide customer service. Oversees front office coverage to include answering phones, greeting clients, event planning, filing, and tracking expenses. This is a critical position in our office and requires strong administrative, project and time management skills as well as a desire to sustain a positive and productive environment in our busy office. The hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm. This is an in-office position with travel to company meetings and events as needed. Free onsite parking included.
