About The Position

Administrator / Sales Assistant / Office Administrator required to join a global engineering supplier in Newark, New Jersey. The successful Administrator / Sales Assistant / Office Administrator will be supporting the sales and operations team by liaising with customers about products, processing orders and maintaining all sales records. The Administrator / Sales Assistant / Office Administrator will ideally have an administrative background with strong Microsoft Office & Excel skills, excellent communication and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Experience as a Service Administrator, Administrator, or a similar role
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • Strong Microsoft Office & Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience as an administrator in an engineering or manufacturing environment is advantageous
  • Must be able to commute to Newark, NJ
