About The Position

Responsible for maintaining smooth and efficient office operations, managing financial and payroll processes, overseeing compliance, and supporting employee-related administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, a high level of confidentiality and the ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure streamlined processes. Payroll: Processing, reporting, and tax filings and payment Compliance: State sales tax and Use tax filings, insurance renewals, licenses, and tax preparation (hand to CPA) Maintain Office: Supplies, building, vehicle/equipment, access Admin: Plan occasional travel and corporate events, mail handling, client/vendor communication, record keeping, filing Your Background/Skills: +3yrs accounting experience (small business preferred) Proficiency w/ Quickbooks or similar Experience managing payroll and basic accounting functions.
