Schedule: Standard business hours with extended hours required during spring planting and fall harvest seasons. Key Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Weight inbound and outbound trucks using scale system. Grade grain for quality and maintain accurate records. Answer and direct incoming phone calls Assist with invoicing, data entry, and general bookkeeping tasks Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) Provide administrative support to management and operations staff. Previous office or administrative experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and data entry proficiency Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work extended hours and weekends during busy seasons. Physical Requirements: Physically able to perform all requirements including but not limited to: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Occasional lifting (up to 25-50 pounds) Ability to work in both office and scale-house environments.
