Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Professional demeanor with a positive and dependable work ethic
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new responsibilities as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a construction-related environment is a plus
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff or department
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, copying, scanning, and faxing documents
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail for delivery
  • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with data entry and record-keeping, including updating databases and spreadsheets
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as requested
  • Support the coordination of office events such as meetings, luncheons, and training sessions
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
