Responsibilities

  • Create a warm and inviting office experience by greeting guests, managing front-of-house operations, and ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and supported.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office, including managing supplies, kitchen upkeep, and vendor coordination.
  • Support meeting logistics by scheduling conference rooms, preparing spaces, and assisting with in-office events and team gatherings.
  • Handle incoming communications, mail, and deliveries while serving as a central point of coordination for the office.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects, including expense tracking and operational support as needed.
