Selected applicant will work on average 20-25 hours per week (hours will vary as needed with potential for full time). Primary responsibilities Assist Manager with organizing paperwork from field employees. Paperwork includes bill of ladings, drill logs, reports, employee records that will be sent to the corporate office. Assist with pricing updates. Tracking, verification and recalculation of invoices Assist in reviewing and correcting employee timecards On-Site assistance with HR questions and resolving with corporate office Answering phone Other responsibilities based off of Local and Corporate business needs
