About The Position

Position Responsibilities: Responsible for providing day to day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel Responsible for achieving goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing Foster communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure alignment with company goals within an assigned territory Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics Other projects or duties as assigned Required Skills and Experience: College Degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of related experience or 2+ years internal Account Manager experience Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law. Requirements
