About The Position

The Business Office Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all functions of the OEMS Business Office. This position directs financial operations across multiple funding streams and program areas, ensuring fiscal integrity, regulatory compliance, and efficient business processes. Key responsibilities include: Oversight of grant management, budgeting, procurement, travel administration, financial compliance, and fiscal reporting. The Business Office Manager establishes internal controls, standardizes procedures, and ensures alignment between program operations and funding requirements. This role directly supervises the Grant Manager, Budget Officer, two Business Office Coordinators, and the EMSC Grant Coordinator. The Business Office Manager serves as the primary liaison between program leadership and fiscal operations, providing financial guidance, ensuring accountability, and supporting informed decision-making at the executive level.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or other discipline related to the area of assignment from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of progressive related experience, two years of which should be in a supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
