About The Position

The OEM Integration Project Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and service adoption across OEM partnerships for our global customers by embedding services into heavy machinery software and solution opportunities. This role leads OEM integration project management by coordinating the integration of key components and systems with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners to ensure technical alignment, design readiness, and quality compliance. This position operates at the intersection of Sales, Services, Engineering/R&D, and Operations—managing project schedules, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination across teams to meet customer requirements and OEM design and quality standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project or program management experience in software/ERP environments, with a strong understanding of ERP software implementation and the development lifecycle.
  • 3+ years of experience working within OEM business models or partner ecosystems (e.g., integration delivery, partner coordination, joint customer engagements), preferably in heavy machinery or industrial technology.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing initiatives and working with global cross-functional internal teammates and organizations.
  • Experience developing and managing Statements of Work (SOW) or structured service proposals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • PMP or similar certification preferred
  • Experience delivering software-enabled solutions in heavy machinery, industrial equipment, or adjacent IoT/telematics environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to convert ambiguity into clear requirements, scalable processes, and executable project plans.
  • Experience working with global OEM partners and ability to navigate cross-cultural business environments.

Responsibilities

  • Execute OEM integration projects between OEMs and Dealers to align with company goals and services growth objectives.
  • Work across Marketing, Engineering, Intake, PMO, Procurement, Delivery, and Partner organizations to execute service strategies and identify process improvements internally for improved communication and overall project delivery.
  • Partner with the software development team to create and manage pilot programs with beta customers to validate integrations prior to securing ongoing, billable work.
  • Enable and encourage user adoption with clear and consistent communication.
  • Drive tight, cross-department schedules to meet customer-communicated deadlines and integration milestones.
  • Collaborate with Alliances, Product, and Engineering teams to support seamless integration of our software into OEM partner platforms and solution architectures.
  • Ensure OEM partners have access to the technical resources, up-to-date documentation, and support required to implement and sustain integrations.
  • Diligent management of executed Statements of Work (SOW), including scope, dependencies, partner involvement, and risk mitigation, while driving timely resolution of issues to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Support Sales, Partner, and Customer teams in resolving service escalations by coordinating appropriate internal resources.
  • Promote operational alignment and continuous improvement across OEM service execution.
