About The Position

Northwest Specialty is seeking a patient focused Occupational Therapist to join our Northwest Hand to Shoulder Team! The Occupational Therapist (OT) evaluates, plans, and implements individualized treatment programs to help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. The OT works collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to maximize patient independence, safety, and functional performance across physical, cognitive, and psychosocial domains. Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • NBCOT certification required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous clinical experience preferred.
  • Experience in specialty areas (e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, neurology, mental health, acute care, or hand therapy) preferred.
