About The Position

Occupational Therapist assignment for a 13-week contract with a consistent day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This role offers 35 guaranteed hours per week and is suited for a therapist working in a rehabilitative or post-acute care setting. The OT will focus on improving patients’ ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs), enhance functional independence, and support overall recovery. The position emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Candidates should have experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a clinical, rehab, or long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of ADL training, therapeutic interventions, and patient-centered care planning is essential.
• The therapist must be able to manage a caseload efficiently, communicate effectively with patients and team members, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Active OT licensure and all required certifications must be current and in good standing prior to the start of the assignment.
