AHA BLS Licensure required for the State of WI. NPI # required. If the candidate does not have one, they need to start the process of applying for a NPI # in order to start. Required Education: Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy Minimum Experience: 2 yrs experience preferred: Inpatient and outpatient experience a plus Required Skillset: working with he adult/geriatric population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological and functional mobility diagnosis. Travel experience STRONGLY preferred. Charting/Equipment: Epic
