About The Position
Full-time rehabilitation clinician position working Monday through Friday, 8:00a–4:30p, 40 hours per week with weekend rotation required.
Requirements
- Active professional license required in the state of practice (discipline-specific)
- Strong knowledge of geriatric rehabilitation and functional mobility training required
- Ability to manage caseload independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- All credentials must be active and in good standing at time of hire
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
