About The Position
This position is for an Occupational Therapist (OT) working Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, averaging 40 hours per week with weekend rotation. The OT provides rehabilitation services in a 120-bed skilled nursing facility, supporting patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, including those in a ventilator unit. The role focuses on improving functional independence, mobility, and daily living skills.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Knowledge of ADL training
- Knowledge of adaptive equipment
- Knowledge of patient safety practices
- Strong communication skills
- EMR documentation skills
