About The Position
Full-time Occupational Therapist position working Monday through Friday, 8:00a–4:30p, totaling 35 hours per week with no weekend rotation required. Role is based in a 99-bed facility providing rehabilitative services to residents in a post-acute and/or long-term care setting. OT will focus on promoting functional independence, safety, and quality of life through individualized treatment planning and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy license required in the state of practice.
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills required.
- Ability to manage caseload independently while collaborating effectively with nursing and rehabilitation teams.
- All credentials must be active and in good standing at time of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
