About The Position
This position is for an Occupational Therapist (OT) working Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, averaging 35 hours per week with no weekend rotation. The OT provides rehabilitation services in a 126-bed skilled nursing facility, helping patients recover from illness, injury, or surgery. The role focuses on improving independence with daily activities, mobility, and overall functional ability through individualized therapy programs.
Requirements
- Candidates must hold an active Occupational Therapist license
- Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Knowledge of adaptive equipment
- Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings is preferred
