Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Texas – REQUIRED
• Pediatric experience preferred (new pediatric OTs welcome to apply)
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans with measurable goals
• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate, play-based therapy interventions
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure high-quality care
• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently
