About The Position

Reliant Healthcare Group is a clinician-owned, clinician-operated pediatric therapy organization dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential while supporting therapists with a collaborative, well-resourced clinic environment. We are growing and seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our outpatient clinic in Richmond, TX .

Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Texas – REQUIRED
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Ability to kneel, sit, stand, squat, walk, and run for extended periods
Ability to lift and transfer up to 25 pounds
Ability to position and assist patients and adaptive equipment safely
Manual dexterity to document and use electronic devices

Pediatric experience preferred (new pediatric OTs welcome to apply)

Responsibilities

Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans with measurable goals
Deliver engaging, age-appropriate, play-based therapy interventions
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure high-quality care
Document patient progress accurately and efficiently
