About The Position

Occupational Therapist assignment for a 13-week contract with a consistent day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This role offers 35 guaranteed hours per week and is ideal for a therapist seeking a stable daytime schedule in a rehabilitative care setting. The OT will work with patients to improve functional independence, focusing on activities of daily living (ADLs), cognitive functioning, and physical mobility. The position supports patient-centered care and emphasizes improving overall quality of life through individualized treatment plans.

Requirements

• Candidates should have experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a clinical, rehab, or post-acute care setting.
• Strong knowledge of ADL training, therapeutic interventions, and patient-centered care planning is essential.
• The therapist must be able to manage a caseload efficiently, communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Active OT licensure and all required certifications must be current and in good standing prior to the start of the assignment.
