About The Position

The Occupational Therapist provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the full occupational therapy process for assigned patients. This role focuses on evaluating functional abilities, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing interventions that promote independence, safety, and improved quality of life. The Occupational Therapist works closely with physicians and the care team to support goal achievement, patient engagement, and a positive care experience throughout the continuum of care.

Requirements

• Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR/ROT) with an active license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of start.
• Minimum of 2 year of clinical experience preferred, but open to motivated new graduates.
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, patient assessment, and care planning across the continuum of care.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with patients, families, and providers.
